The Punjab Information of Temporary Resident Act 2015

This is an important piece of legislation which was promulgated on 8th January 2015 by Punjab Government. Its purpose is to provide and share the information of tenants and other temporary residents.

You can get a character certificate after providing the following doucments:

Learner Licence Forms

Learner permits are issued on daily basis with the validity of 6 months. Get a Highway Code Book of traffic rules & regulations when applying for Learner Permit.

Age criteria for learner permit Motor Cycle/Motor Car is 18 Years
LTV, Rikshaw, Tractor Commercial 21 Years
HTV 24 Years

Necessary documents required for learner permit are as following:

Copy of CNIC
Ticket of Rs. 60 for each category (issued by General Post Office and Learners Permit Office)
Medical certificate (issued by authorized medical practitioner)

Regular Licence Forms

Following are the necessary documents required for regular driving license :

Copy of CNIC
3 Passport size photographs
Medical certificate (issued by authorized medical practitioner)
Medical Fitness Certificate (only for the candidates of the age of 50 years or above)
Application form (A)
Original learner permit (at least 42 days within validity period)
Paste relevant ticket on the document

Fee schedule for regular driving license

Renewal Licence Forms

Following are the necessary documents required for the renewal of License:

2 Passport size photographs
Medical certificate(issued by athorized medical practitioner)
Medical Fitness Certificate (only for the candidates of the age of 50 years or above)

Relevant tickets
